Almarai Fertilizer Factory – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

This policy constitutes a regulatory and legal agreement between Almarai Fertilizer Factory (hereinafter referred to as “the Factory” or “we”) and the authorized sellers and users of our online platform and mobile applications on iOS, Android, and AppGallery systems.
These terms form the legal and commercial framework governing the relationship between both parties in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including:
The E-Commerce Law
The Consumer Protection Law
The Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)
The Commercial Fraud Prevention Law
The Regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA)
By registering or using the Factory’s platform or applications as a seller or buyer, you explicitly agree to be bound by all the provisions set forth in this agreement.
For the purposes of this policy, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

| Buyer / Customer | Any individual who purchases products or services from the platform. |
| Products / Goods | Items or materials offered for sale on the platform, whether produced by the Factory or authorized sellers. |
| Order / Purchase Order | The process of requesting a product or service through the platform. |
An order is confirmed only after the official acceptance notification is sent to the customer via email or SMS.
If the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason (such as stock unavailability, data error, or logistical issue), the customer will be informed immediately.
No payment will be deducted before the order is officially confirmed.
The Factory reserves the right to reject or cancel orders in the following cases:
Failure to pay the due amount within the specified time.
Repeated attempts to make wholesale or unauthorized commercial purchases.
Submission of false or misleading information.
Payments may be made through the following channels only:
Credit or debit cards (Mada / Visa / MasterCard).
The approved electronic wallet within the system.
All payments are processed through secure payment gateways compliant with PCI DSS standards and regulated under the supervision of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).
Orders are shipped exclusively through authorized delivery companies approved by the Factory.
Shipping costs are charged according to the rates displayed on the platform at the time of the order.
In the event of delivery delays due to force majeure or reasons beyond control, the customer will be notified promptly.
Delivery is deemed successful once the product is received by the customer or their authorized representative at the registered address.
The Factory bears no responsibility if the recipient is unavailable or refuses to accept the order without valid reason.
Customers have the right to return or exchange a product within 17 days from the date of receipt, provided that:
The product remains in its original condition.
The product has not been used or opened.
The product is accompanied by all accessories and the purchase invoice.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
Customized or made-to-order products.
Perishable goods or items with short shelf lives.
Health or cosmetic products that have been opened.
Products that have been tampered with or have lost their serial number.
In cases where the error originates from the Factory or the seller (wrong item, manufacturing defect, or shipping damage), the supplier shall bear the full return cost.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 17 working days from the date the returned product is received and inspected.
All original products sold through the platform are covered by a manufacturer’s or agent’s warranty for a period of not less than 12 months.
For electronic products, the warranty period may extend up to 24 months, depending on the product type.
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, accidents, or exposure to moisture.
If repair is not possible within 14 working days from the date the product reaches the service center, the customer is entitled to a replacement or full refund.
Registered sellers must provide original products that fully comply with Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) requirements.
It is strictly prohibited to sell counterfeit or expired products, and such violations will result in immediate account suspension and legal reporting to the competent authorities.
All packaging and transportation must comply with Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) safety standards.
Sellers must regularly update prices and stock availability to prevent misleading information to customers.
Sellers shall bear all return and correction costs resulting from shipping errors, wrong descriptions, or product defects.
The Factory is committed to protecting customer and seller data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Personal data shall not be shared with any third party except with explicit consent or under a lawful requirement.
Users may formally request data deletion by contacting:

provided that all outstanding financial obligations have been settled prior to deletion.
Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government decisions, wars, pandemics, or power outages.
In such cases, obligations shall be temporarily suspended until the cause ceases.
This policy and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The courts of Riyadh or Al-Jouf shall have exclusive jurisdiction depending on the location of the commercial activity.
Should an amicable resolution not be reached within 45 days of the dispute, the matter may be referred to licensed commercial arbitration in Saudi Arabia.
The Factory reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
The version published on the website shall be deemed the legally binding and effective version.
Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes explicit acceptance of the updated terms.
Customers are advised to always retain the original product packaging to ensure eligibility for warranty and after-sales service.
